Thank you for your interest in Heriot's Cricket Club. We have been playing cricket at Heriot's since 1889 and we are one of the most successful clubs in Scotland.  We are not just a club that plays cricket but a members and families orientated club that forms an integral part of our local community providing a wide variety of opportunities for our members and the community. 

In addition to our four senior men and women cricket sides that play on Saturdays and Sundays, we have a very active junior section with teams playing competitive matches at Under 10, U12, U14 and U16 age groups. This all bodes well for the senior sides in the years to come.  

Our ground is one of the best in Scotland benefitting from a great wicket, wonderful panoramic views of Edinburgh's skyline from our famous red brick pavilion providing great clubhouse facilities.

Goldenacre is selected for Scotland's national team training ground and regional games. Goldenacre also hosts prestigious cup finals such as the Scottish Cup.  The club is affiliated to with Cricket Scotland  and also East of Scotland Cricket Association. 

The club enjoys good press coverage during the cricket season with regular reports in the local and national newspapers and websites.  The club has a successful outreach on social media platforms, with over 1750 people currently following the club on twitter. We have also have a great reach on our Heriot's Cricket Club Facebook page.  The website also attracts many visits per month during the cricket season and the off season.

Companies are becoming increasingly aware of the need to be seen as being socially responsible and the benefits that this brings. Sponsoring Senior and Junior cricket at Heriot's is an excellent way to advertise your company to the local and national demo graph and to demonstrate your company’s commitment to putting something back into the local community. 

Despite being run by volunteers, it is a fact that providing and maintaining good quality facilities for the local community to learn, practice and play cricket on is expensive, and cannot be done without some degree of commercial sponsorship. 

We have broken our sponsorship opportunities down into 7 standard packages. Each package has been designed to give both businesses and individuals, with a range of budgets, the opportunity to get involved with Heriot's Cricket Club.  Our sponsorship packages are detailed below and include details of the benefits that can be expected but please contact us to discuss costs affiliated. Although these represent our standard sponsorship packages, should you have any bespoke requests, these can be discussed and a specially tailored package designed including corporate sponsorship, lunches and days.
